Bello, Bello & Associates is a certified Third Party Review Agency under the District of Columbia Third Party Review. In accordance with DCRA procedures and reporting requirements, our Third Party Review services allows for interfacing with project representatives of key elements of a development initiative including plan reviews and inspections, shop drawing reviews, permit revisions, and consulting on key construction and relaying all inspections and field conditions to the approving agency. This process ensures the timely approval of building plans, inspections and ensures cost efficiency and delivery of a project.

Bello, Bello & Associates is a premier certified independent Third-Party Inspection Agency under the District of Columbia Peer Review and Inspection Program. We provide a wide range of inspection services under the Third Party Inspection Program. Our team of inspectors provides quality code compliance that conforms to all applicable codes and regulations. We complement a project’s development team by implementing procedures and protocols that are critical to ensure project success. We facilitate various applications required throughout the project’s development, including the final Certificate of Occupancy application through the District of Columbia review process.

Our team of inspectors and professionals-in-charge (PIC) are ICC certified, and Building Code Officials (BCO) and include master electricians, and plumbers, Architects, and Professional electrical, civil, structural and mechanical and plumbing Engineers (PE). All inspectors are approved as a part of our DCRA certification to conduct Third-Party inspections

Permit Management is the processing of construction documents required to secure the permits necessary for renovation, construction and/or occupancy of a structure(s) and/or land. BB&A has an extensive and comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of the District of Columbia Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs (DCRA) Permit process with respect to Construction and Use/Occupancy of land and structures in District of Columbia. Coupled with proven expertise of DC Municipal Regulations and all construction codes adopted by DCRA on all matters construction, BB&A is able to offer smooth and timely processing of documents for permits.
